If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from creating an account. Last updated: January 28, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope of Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our gaming platform, operating under Australian jurisdiction and regulated by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and relevant state gaming authorities. Your continued use of our services indicates your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications we may implement from time to time.

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Australian law
  2. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current
  3. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible
  4. You agree to use our services only for lawful entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or business activities
  5. You understand that our services are not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms. All gaming activities are subject to Australian Consumer Law protections and relevant state-based gambling regulations.

2. Account Registration and Management

Account creation requires accurate personal information and verification of identity in accordance with Australian Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act requirements. Each user is permitted only one account, and sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

  1. Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information including full legal name, date of birth, and residential address
  2. Verify your identity through government-issued identification documents within 72 hours of registration
  3. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  4. Update your account information promptly when changes occur to ensure compliance with verification requirements
  5. Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized

Account suspension or termination may occur for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification procedures. We maintain comprehensive records of all account activities for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

3. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Our gaming platform operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited regularly by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with Australian gaming standards. All games are provided by licensed software developers and subject to regulatory oversight.

  1. Games outcomes are determined solely by RNG technology and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or operators
  2. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are clearly displayed for each game and represent theoretical returns over extended play periods
  3. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent gameplay will result in immediate account termination
  4. Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of advantage play beyond normal gaming strategy is prohibited
  5. We reserve the right to void games, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if unfair play is detected

Game rules, paytables, and specific terms are available within each game interface and form part of these Terms. Disputes regarding game outcomes are subject to our internal review process and, if necessary, independent auditing procedures.

4. Financial Transactions and Payment Processing

All financial transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) through secure, encrypted payment systems compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. We partner only with licensed financial institutions and payment processors authorized to operate in Australia.

  1. Deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods registered in your legal name and linked to your verified identity
  2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to all payment methods and may vary based on your account status and payment provider
  3. Withdrawal requests require account verification and may be subject to additional security checks for amounts exceeding specified thresholds
  4. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method, typically ranging from 24 hours to 5 business days
  5. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large transactions or suspicious activity patterns

Transaction fees may apply for certain payment methods and will be clearly disclosed before completion. Currency conversion charges may be imposed by your financial institution for international transactions, though our platform operates primarily in AUD for Australian customers.

5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. Our responsible gaming program complies with Australian Responsible Gambling Guidelines and industry best practices.

  1. Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly and will be enforced immediately upon activation
  2. Session time limits help manage playing duration and can be customized according to your preferences
  3. Self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion, with varying cooling-off periods
  4. Reality checks provide regular notifications about time spent and amounts wagered during gaming sessions
  5. Professional gambling counseling resources are available through partnerships with Australian problem gambling support organizations

If you experience gambling-related problems, we encourage you to seek help immediately through Gambling Help Online, Gamblers Anonymous Australia, or your state’s problem gambling helpline. We may also impose restrictions on your account if we observe concerning gambling patterns.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content, software, games, graphics, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted limited, non-exclusive access for personal entertainment purposes only.

  1. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without written authorization is strictly prohibited
  2. Game software and associated graphics remain the exclusive property of their respective developers and licensors
  3. User-generated content, including chat messages and forum posts, must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws
  4. We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized player data for analytical and promotional purposes
  5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software constitutes a material breach of these Terms

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action under Australian copyright and trademark legislation. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same.

7. Privacy, Data Protection and Communication

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 and our comprehensive Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

  1. Personal data collection is limited to information necessary for account management, regulatory compliance, and service provision
  2. Data sharing occurs only with authorized payment processors, regulatory bodies, and service providers bound by confidentiality agreements
  3. Marketing communications require explicit consent and can be disabled through account settings or unsubscribe mechanisms
  4. Data retention periods comply with regulatory requirements and are outlined in our Privacy Policy
  5. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information subject to regulatory and legal obligations

We may communicate with you regarding account activities, promotions, and important service updates through email, SMS, or platform notifications. Communication preferences can be managed through your account settings, though certain regulatory and security notifications cannot be disabled.

8. Limitation of Liability and Legal Provisions

These Terms are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be resolved through Australian courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as specified herein. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and relevant gaming regulations.

  1. We disclaim liability for losses resulting from user errors, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  2. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time the issue occurred
  3. Force majeure events, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes, may suspend services without liability
  4. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of occurrence, with formal complaints escalated through our internal resolution process before external arbitration
  5. These Terms may be modified with 30 days’ notice, with continued platform use constituting acceptance of changes

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by Australian courts, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Waiver of any breach does not constitute waiver of future breaches, and our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it subsequently.
